　 One of the reason that I start drinking wine is because my mum loves wine a lot . But true reason to drinking wine looks cool. I mean when I drinking a wine, it's like I am french and to be squeamish. In addition GOOD FOR YOUR BODY!!

Apparently, drinking wine is good for your health and that is that 6 reasons here.

1. wine could preserve your memory.

2.Studies find that people who drink wine daily have lower body mass than those who indulge occasionally.

3.people who drunk roughly a glass of wine a day reduced by 11 % their risk of infection by helicobacter pylori bacteria, a major cause of gastritis, ulcers,and stomach cancers.

4.When compares women with ovarian cancer to cancer-free women, they found that roughly one glass of wine a day seemd to reduce the risk of the disease by as much as 50%.

5.On average, women who drink moderately seem to have higher bone mass than abstains.

Can friends ever be more important to you than family?

I have never ever think about which is more important for me friends or family because I cannot even compare friends and family. Basically, Family has been together since I was born. On the other hand, friends meet in the school life. You may learn so many things from the relation ship between you and your friends. Some times you get fight or get hurt with them. But also you can confide in her about your secret especially the people you like or your girl friend or boyfriend. It may be easier to confide that topic in friends than family.However, sometimes there are many weather friends who are good friends when it’s easy for them to be one and who stops when you are having problems.
In my experiences, I have come across so many weather friends, and then each time I have awful hurt from that. On the other hand, I have some times get cruel or hurt from my family then I realized that I hurt so much but I have even felt the love from my family. The family knows you well and even you cannot confide the secret about who you like in family, The family won’t ever deceive you.

What the hell is love????

Love is an incredibly powerful. When you are in love with someone, you just want be with the person and just think about the one in the every seconds. At the beginning, love gives you a hopeful and happiness, after that its sometimes may give you negative feeling such as an insecure and jealousy.

 

Many people has failed their marriage as divorce, I guess that is because a luck of patient. When you get married, you must fact of your husband or wife’s blemish. Obviously no one is a perfect person and every one has a blemish. However, if you do not even accept it, marriage would not be accomplished.
 I have known one couple for four years who are pretty adorable. They have had fight sometimes but they talk about it intensely and figure it out constantly. Because something happens they believe each other and also they have a patient enough. I want be like that ;)

Japanese garden

 

  When  I came back to Japan, I often went to see a Japanese garden. It become  one of my habits.
Because It so beautiful and it remind me in a Japan. And also that view lead my the mind to imagine a old era such as the Edo period. Some foreigner friends have asked me that question 'Have you met Samurai ?' 'How often people does Harakiri ?' It's so hilarious questions for me. Because Samurai existed in Edo period. None people who lives in now have never ever seen Samurai.

Double F: Food VS Fitness

      Having Michelin food, even it is the 1 star food, everyone loves it. When you see a lot of delicious food on the table, you would love to eat all of them. However, most of the delicious food have too much salt, oil and so on which can cause your health problem. Therefore, it is the choice to choose food or fitness.

      Doing gym at the gym around 1 hour will make you feel better after eating all of the delicious food. However, you will feel so tired after the gym.  Therefore, a lot of people they do not like to go to the gym that often. So they become fat which is a nightmare for everyone especially girls.
      Thats the reason you need to choose between food and fitness. For me, food is just my life. Maybe I am short and a bit chubby but food always come first:D

most times when i fly back to japan I travel with virgin atlantic, they are helpful and is a more relaxing airline to take compared to the other one.
HistoryVirgin atlantic actually used to be called laker airways which was set up after the falkland wars and so the idea was for people to be able to fly from england to the falklands. It was firstly set up by a man called randolph fields, who later on met Richard Branson at a party in london and decided to be business partners. There were many troubles involved with the company during this period and fighting about the operations of the airline. Field died from cancer in later years, but had been able to see the positive changes that had become of his airline, now called Virgin Atlantic, recently which just became a part of the Skyteam. 
It is an English company which is part of the Sir Richard Branson virgin group.n june 22nd in 1984 the company was set up. It first only came from gatwick and Newark using the boeing 747 200. Virgin atlantic made large profits in the first 12 months that it had been set up in. In 1986 another boeing 747 was added to the company. Now the company also flew to New york. Tokyo was the next flight added in 1989. VIrgin atlantic has not only just been a form of transport, but also has helped in disasters. In october in 2005, It helped with the earthquake in islamabad, Pakistan with 55 tones of foods and goods that would help with the victim of the kashmir earthquake.
Currently the company has been testing using bio fuels. In 2008 the planes tried to use plant based bio fuels, which was 20% of it's energy. It is now testing algae based fuels.
